Born in Syria and raised in Miami, Ayah began her marketing career internationally as a Social Media Marketing Specialist for Y2AD in Dubai, developing digital campaigns for clients including Pepsi, Samsung, and Elevate. She later joined ALMOD as a Marketing Coordinator, expanding her experience in brand strategy and project coordination.

As Marketing Manager at INHOUSE COMMERCIAL, Ayah oversees the firm’s marketing across property campaigns, digital and social media, branding, presentations, signage, and events. She plays a key role in shaping INHOUSE’s brand and bringing a creative, cohesive approach to how the firm and its properties are positioned in the market.
