JARED ROBINS

PRINCIPAL, COMMERCIAL LEASING LEAD

Jared Robins is a third-generation South Floridian and commercial real estate broker specializing in retail leasing and advisory. He entered the industry in 2017 with RKF in New York, which was later acquired by Newmark, where he worked through one of the most transformative periods in retail and gaining experience with national brands, landlords, and emerging operators.

In 2021, Jared returned home and launched INHOUSE COMMERCIAL, a firm dedicated to high-street retail, hospitality, and experiential leasing and investment sales across South Florida. His work is informed by decades of family involvement in shaping markets such as the Miami Design District, Sunset Harbour, and Aventura.

Jared is licensed in Florida, Tennessee, and New York, and is an active member of ICSC and the FIU Hollo School of Real Estate Council. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.Jared joined RKF in 2017, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm, which was acquired by Newmark Group, Inc. in 2019. Jared moved back to South Florida in 2020 and has focused on the South Florida retail market since.
