Born and raised in Aventura, Joel brings firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods and consumer dynamics driving South Florida retail. He is a Tulane University graduate with a double major in Finance and Legal Studies in Business.

Joel began his career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) within the Brand Management division, where he managed licensing product portfolios for a roster of major clients including the U.S. Army, Condé Nast, Subway, and Dr. Seuss Enterprises. He gained direct exposure to how national brands evaluate partnerships, positioning, and product category expansion.

In 2026, Joel transitioned into commercial real estate and joined INHOUSE COMMERCIAL on the tenant representation team. His brand-side background informs how he advises tenants on site selection, positioning, and long-term real estate strategy. Joel is a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida.
