MYLES GROSSMAN
REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE
Myles brings a rare combination of institutional real estate expertise and forward-thinking vision to complex retail, entertainment, and mixed-use transactions. Over six years at Triple Five Group—the owners and developers of the 3 largest shopping centers in North America—he rose to Director of Leasing and Entertainment and executed 450,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment deals at American Dream, the landmark 3-million-square-foot, $8 billion entertainment and retail destination outside NYC, while supporting deals at the Mall of America.
He transitioned to Fisher Brothers, where he served as Director of Leasing across a portfolio spanning NYC and Miami flagship retail to cutting-edge developments including Area15 Las Vegas—a 40-acre, 600,000-square-foot immersive entertainment campus anchored by Universal Studios.
From the landlord perspective, Myles has sat on hundreds of retail, restaurant, and entertainment deals—from first-to-market tenants and creative joint venture structures to complex mixed-use executions across institutional-grade assets. His expertise spans the full deal lifecycle: tenant sourcing and structuring, merchandising and category strategy, placemaking and experience curation, and NOI optimization through data-driven insights.
What sets Myles apart is his ability to build forward-thinking developments with clear-eyed understanding of evolving consumer and market trends, as well as his passion for networking.
Now operating as an advisor and broker, Myles partners with developers, landlords, tenants, operators, and investors to unlock value through strategic leasing, tenant intelligence, and placemaking excellence.
